About Us
Following Whispers Family Service Consultancy Ltd, founded in 2004 by Paula Henderson—a qualified social worker and former foster carer provides independent fostering services to local authorities. Recognising the shortage of foster households, Paula established our agency with a mission to offer individualised, person-cantered care to both children and carers. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives the best possible support in a safe and nurturing environment.
We are a therapeutic agency with dedicated male and female therapists who work with children placed under our care. We design specialised training in collaboration with our therapists to equip our foster carers with the necessary skills to provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care.
